Poppy 'Album' is unique - whereas most poppies have black seed, this variety has superior-tasting white seeds which are a fantastic addition to cakes or as a bread topper. The graceful flowers are pale pink with mauve blotches in the centre, normally produced throughout summer on tall, upright stems. Any seeds you don’t use can be scattered in borders, allowing this marvellous hardy annual plant to grow back the following year.
