At Newlands Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your garden essentials or home decor, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Please note that perishable goods like live plants have a specific 24-hour notification window if they arrive damaged.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer support with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your original packing slip. Send the parcel back to our Dublin warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our horticultural experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
